Nicole is a medium sized female dog who is nearly 3 years old.
She was brought over from Romania 2 years ago. Unfortunately her adopters at that time decided to pass her on to another family, who in turn, passed her onto another family without the knowledge of Safe Rescue. We offer rescue back up for all our dogs and we are disappointed that Nicole was not returned to us. When she left us she was happy, carefree dog, but she has been returned to us thanks to her microchip feeling stressed and confused.
Nicole has since blossomed in her foster home. Initially she was worried and withdrawn and stayed in her bed observing everybody. Adopters will need to understand that she will take time to build her confidence. After a few days she began to trust her fosterers and now greets them with a waggy tail and a smile. She walks well on the lead although pulls a little by the road as she don’t like loud noises or traffic. She is currently living with 3 other dogs and loves to play, so another young dog in the homes would be preferable.
Nicole travels well in a car, is house trained and is unfazed by cats. She is fine with visiting respectful children, but because she is frightened easily by loud noises, we are looking for an adult only home who can give her the cuddles on the sofa that she craves and deserves.
Nicole fostered Beaconsfield Bucks.
Our adoption fee is £270, they are vaccinated, microchipped and neutered (unless the dog is too young to be neutered).
